- Gould’s Academy has signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the institution has used 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
- The total amount of funds Gould’s Academy received from the Department pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement [for] Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students was $214,825.00.
- All of the students portion of the Emergency Financial Aid Grant has been distributed to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act
- There were 227 students at Gould’s Academy who were eligible to participate in the Federal student financial aid programs under Section 484 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, and thus are eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
- 227 students have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
- If a student was currently enrolled at Gould’s Academy when distance education began on March 18th they were eligible for the Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students. Gould’s Academy divided the total amount evenly between those students. The amount each student received was $1,063.49
